Terms of Service

1. What this service is
The Fight Algorithm publishes MMA statistical analytics and model-generated fight forecasts. We build statistical models from publicly available fight data and publish their outputs, along with a public record of how those outputs performed.
The Fight Algorithm is an independent sole proprietorship operated from California, United States. You can reach us at any time at bbehjoo5@gmail.com.
We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, hold or settle wagers, we never take custody of your money for the purpose of betting, and we do not offer any prize, payout or contest. Nothing on this site is a wager or an offer to wager.
2. Not betting advice, and no guarantees
Everything we publish is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with the gambling laws that apply where you live.
A statistical model states probabilities, not certainties. A pick rated 75% is expected to lose roughly one time in four. We do not guarantee any outcome, any win rate, or any return. Past performance does not predict future results.
You must be 21 or older to use any paid service. If gambling is a problem for you, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
3. How performance is reported
The bankroll, return and win/loss record shown on this site are paper trading. Every published pick is recorded against a real opening moneyline from BestFightOdds.com and staked using a disclosed fractional Kelly rule, but no real money is wagered and the bankroll is hypothetical.
Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations. It benefits from hindsight in ways real betting does not, it assumes every stake could be placed at the recorded price, and it does not reflect limits, line movement, availability, or the psychological pressure of risking real money.
We publish every settled pick permanently, including losses, and we publish a cryptographic commitment to each slate before the card so the record can be independently verified rather than taken on trust.
4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel, and the card on file is charged at the start of each period.
You can cancel at any time, from the billing portal linked in your receipt or by emailing bbehjoo5@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We may change prices with reasonable notice before a renewal. Continuing a subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. What you may and may not do with paid content
A subscription is a personal, non-transferable licence for one person. You may use the picks and analysis for your own purposes.
You may not:
- republish, resell, syndicate or redistribute paid picks, in whole or in part;
- share your account, access link or credentials with anyone else;
- scrape or systematically extract content from the service; or
- present our output as your own, or use it to operate a competing picks service.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for breach of this section.
6. Cancelled and changed bouts
Fight cards change. If a bout we picked is cancelled, postponed, or an opponent is replaced, that pick is marked void. Void picks are excluded from the win/loss record and from the paper bankroll rather than counted as losses. A cancelled bout does not entitle you to a refund or a credit.
7. Availability
We aim to publish each card’s picks with as much lead time as the market allows, but we do not guarantee any particular release time, uptime, or that any given card will produce picks at all. Our published rule is that we only publish fights our model rates at or above 68% confidence; when nothing clears that bar, we sit the card out, and that is not a failure to deliver.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Fight Algorithm is not liable for any gambling losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
9. Intellectual property
The models, analysis, charts, written content and site design are owned by The Fight Algorithm. Underlying fight statistics are sourced from public records and are not claimed as our property.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
