Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible: an email address if you ask for the free play, and whatever our payment processor needs if you subscribe. We measure how the site is used with two analytics tools, one of which sets a cookie. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party ad pixels, and our analytics are configured so the data cannot be used to build advertising profiles.

• Email address — only if you subscribe to the free play or a paid plan. Used to send what you signed up for and service messages about your subscription.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers; we store only a customer reference and your subscription status.
• Aggregate traffic data — page views and referrers via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites.
• Usage analytics — Google Analytics 4, which records the pages you view, roughly where you are (city level at most, derived from your IP address, which Google uses for the lookup and does not store), which site sent you here, and your device and browser type. It sets a cookie to recognise repeat visits. We have switched off Google Signals and ad personalisation, so this data is not fed into Google’s advertising products and is not used to build a cross-site profile of you.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, date of birth, or any betting account information, and we never ask for sportsbook credentials.

• beehiiv — email list hosting and delivery.
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and privacy-preserving analytics.
• Google — Google Analytics 4, usage measurement only.

Each is an independent controller or processor for the data it holds and has its own privacy policy.

We use no advertising cookies of any kind. We use two other sorts:

• Analytics — Google Analytics sets a cookie (_ga) so a returning reader is not counted twice. If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland it is not set at all unless you consent: your visit is measured without cookies or identifiers. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookie for anyone.
• Essential — if you hold a paid subscription we set a single cookie to keep you signed in. It stores a signed session identifier and nothing else, and the service cannot work without it.

You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is still no common industry standard for what a site must do in response, so we do not respond to those signals differently. What we can tell you is what we do and do not do: we run no advertising or behavioural trackers, we build no profiles of you, and we do not follow you to other websites.

Our analytics measure activity on this site only. Google Analytics is configured with Google Signals and ad personalisation disabled, which means the data it collects here is not joined to your signed-in Google activity, is not shared with Google’s advertising products, and is not used to build a cross-site profile. We do not allow any third party to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across different websites when you visit this one.

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Subscription and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer. You may also ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing bbehjoo5@gmail.com; we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right not to have your data sold — a right we honour by default, because we do not sell data.

This service is not intended for anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
