Refund Policy

If the service is not for you, email bbehjoo5@gmail.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.

This applies to the first payment only. Renewals are not refundable — you can cancel at any time before a renewal date to avoid the charge. Your renewal date is always visible in the billing portal linked from your receipt.

Cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt, or email bbehjoo5@gmail.com and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Losing picks are not grounds for a refund. We want to be direct about this, because it is the single most common expectation gap in this category.

The model states probabilities. A pick rated 75% is expected to lose about one time in four, and losing weeks — losing months — are a normal part of a process that works over a long sample. You are paying for access to the model’s output and its full, permanently published track record, not for a winning week. Any service that promises otherwise is not being honest with you.

Every pick we have ever settled stays public, wins and losses alike, so you can judge the record before you subscribe rather than after.

If a bout we picked falls off the card, the pick is voided rather than counted as a loss, and it is excluded from the record and the paper bankroll. Because a subscription buys access for a period rather than a fixed number of picks, a cancelled bout does not generate a refund or a credit.

We only publish fights our model rates at 68% confidence or higher. If nothing on a card clears that bar, we sit it out and say so. Sitting out is the discipline you are subscribing to, not a missed delivery, so it is not refundable.
